Flavio Quintana has been a Jefferson Academy parent for 10 years and was recently voted to serve on the Board starting in June 2022. He worked for the State of Colorado for 27 years, serving in executive roles and leading various programs in the Department of Revenue. He is into DIY projects, skiing, and enjoying Colorado's outdoors.

Christopher Robbins is the proud father of 4 wonderful kids, 2 currently enrolled at Jefferson Academy Elementary, with the others close behind. A mechanical engineer by training and entrepreneur at heart, Chris loves to design and build things. In his current role at Tersus Solutions, he leads the engineering and technology by designing and building the high pressure Carbon Dioxide processing machines to address the textile and firefighter decontamination markets. Outside of work and the JA board, Chris loves spending time with his amazing wife and kids, mostly exploring the mountains via hiking, biking and/or camping. His newest hobby is designing and building 3d printer pieces with his kids.

Tristina Pontiakos is the proud parent of a Jefferson Academy Elementary student, along with two other younger children who will follow in her footsteps. She has served on a Preschool board, volunteers through several organizations, and is a Colorado native. Her background is in engineering and project management. After over ten years in medical device sales, she recently became a full time caregiver. In her spare time she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants with her husband and friends, and her Peloton.

Anil Mathai is the proud father of three JA kids and a Westminster resident. He is an engineer, loves math & science, is a board member of CBSA, and is currently the Vice President of Quality & Regulatory for a Denver, CO based pharmaceutical company. He and his wife enjoy seeing their kids grow academically and playing basketball & other sports at JA. In his personal time, he loves traveling the world and has visited 63 countries, all 64 CO counties, and all 50 US States, to date. He values listening to, learning from, and influencing the local community, giving fathers a second chance by teaching biblical principles at the Adams County jail, and playing basketball & tennis.

John Nunnally is the father of three amazing JA kids, and he is honored to be one of the newest members of the JA board. With an undergrad degree from Auburn University, and a masters from Calvary Chapel University, John is passionate about learning and the pursuit of excellence. John and his wife, Amy, endeavor to raise young people to maturity, critical thinking, and confidence in who they are and the success they will become. When John is not at home or the church where he pastors, he is most assuredly in the great outdoors!
Assistant Treasurer

James Suckow has been a Jefferson Academy parent since 2016 and joined the Board in June 2024. He served five years on the elementary school’s PTO Board, including roles as Treasurer, Secretary, and Parent-at-large. He has worked in Information Security since 2018, and as an IT Auditor for 12 years prior. He is committed to helping our schools be safe, healthy environments for the students and staff. He is passionate about music, and spending time with his wife and son, and their two cats, Janice and Carol.

Jerrilynn Lilyblade has been a Jefferson Academy parent for 10 years. She has served on the School Accountability Committee for 7 years, and served on the PTO as secretary and president, and many other countless volunteer hours. Outside of JA, she is a freelance localization specialist. She volunteers as a Girl Scout leader and with Destination Imagination Colorado. She is a Station Manager with the non-profit BookGive, and an assistant manager of concessions for the Werner Herzog Theater at the Telluride Film Festival. In her spare time, she likes to travel, is an avid reader, herds cats and dogs, and BASE jumps while wrestling alligators
