Before and After School Care
We do not yet have enough interest to warrant having a before school care program. We will extend the date to respond a little longer. We also have some spots available for all days of the week in after care. If you are interested in before or after school care please email. cwilson@jajags.com, before Friday, October 18, 2024.
Welcome to the JACCC team
We are excited to announce we have hired Laura Klock as an educational assistant. She will also be working in the after care program and be a part of our Pre-K program getting started in the next couple of months. She brings some great experience working with kids and will be a great addition to our team.
Music Volunteer Opportunity
Do you have a musical background and play an instrument? Would you like to share your gift of music with our school? We are looking for musicians in our community willing to help with the band/orchestra students by working with small groups or one-on-one. Anyone with violin, viola, cello, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone or percussion experience are especially needed.
Fun Run/Butterfly Pavilion field trip
GREAT NEWS!! We have enough drivers for the field trip. We are just looking for a couple of drivers to have on deck in case a parent is ill or has a last minute emergency the day of the field trip. If you are willing to be a driver on deck please call the office and let us know.
Student cost for the Butterfly Pavilion is $6/per child. As a thank you to all of our drivers we are able to cover the cost of admission for parent chaperones. Parents can pay the $6 fee by either going online to Infinite Campus and paying the fee (click the menu in the top left, then more, then on the right under quick links there's a fee option). You can also drop a check made out to JA Coal Creek Canyon off to the office. We are unable to accept cash for payment.
Haunted Halls Donations
Please support our middle school students in creating an amazing Haunted Halls event during Trick or Treat Street. Thanks to generous parent donations everything has been supplied from last week's list.
Here is a new list of items needed:
7 witches brooms, 9 witches hats, black butcher paper (priority), twinkle/LED lights, hay bails, 1 wand and toilet paper Items will not be able to be returned. There is a collection box for donations in the office. The middle schoolers thank you in advance.

Happy Numbers
Homeschool families can use an online math program at JACCC called Happy Numbers. We have a few extra licenses available and would like to offer them to our homeschool students free of charge. Click here to check out the website. Please stop in or call the office if you are interested.
